Job description for ADMIN SALES PROJECT at Pt Duta Abadi Primantara

Kualifikasi :

• Usia maksimal 35 tahun

• Pendidikan minimal Diploma

• Pengalaman dibidang admin atau posisi yang sama minimal 1 tahun

• Freshgraduate dapat dipertimbangkan

• Komunikatif dan dapat bernegosiasi dengan baik

• Menguasai Microsoft Office & Microsoft Word

• Memiliki manajemen waktu yang baik

• Memperhatikan detail, ketelitian dan memiliki inisiatif yang tinggi

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Melakukan konfirmasi harga, tipe dan pembayaran ke atasan

• Melakukan penginputan melalui sistem (Misal: Oracle)

• Menerima panggilan telepon dari customer dan menjawab pertanyaan dari customer.

• Menghubungi customer untuk melakukan konfirmasi jadwal pengiriman

• Memonitor dan menindaklanjuti PO dari sales

• Mengidentifikasi dan membantu memecahkan masalah customer dengan cepat dan efektif.

• Mengkoordinasikan dan memantau semua pesanan customer dari pengajuan sampai pengiriman akhir.

• Dapat berkoordinasi antar team dengan baik.
