Job description for Admin Sales Paid Internship at Magran Group

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

Menginput, memproses, dan memelihara data penjualan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
Menyusun dan mengelola dokumen penawaran harga, invoice, dan dokumen administrasi lainnya.
Memberikan dukungan administratif kepada tim sales.
Melayani pertanyaan atau kebutuhan pelanggan melalui berbagai kanal komunikasi.
Memantau dan memastikan kelancaran proses pengiriman barang kepada pelanggan.
Mengelola dan memantau stok barang untuk mendukung proses penjualan.
Melakukan pengarsipan dokumen dengan rapi dan sistematis.
Berkoordinasi dengan divisi terkait seperti gudang, finance, dan marketing.

Kualifikasi:

usia maksimal 35 tahun.
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di bidang Administrasi, Manajemen, Akuntansi, Marketing, Bisnis
Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang serupa.
Menguasai komputer, terutama Ms. Office (diutamakan mahir Ms. Excel).
Mampu berbahasa Inggris minimal pasif.
Berpenampilan profesional dan rapi.
Komunikatif, memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang baik, fleksibel, dan motivasi kerja tinggi.
