ADMIN SALES & WAREHOUSE :

Mengelola administrasi dan rekapitulasi penjualan offline serta memastikan data transaksi tercatat dengan akurat.
Mengelola administrasi barang masuk, barang keluar, dan stok warehouse.
Membuat laporan penjualan, stok, dan administrasi operasional secara berkala.
Melakukan koordinasi dengan Sales, Warehouse, dan Finance terkait kebutuhan administrasi dan operasional.
Melakukan pengarsipan dan memastikan kelengkapan dokumen administrasi.
Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh atasan sepanjang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan dan tanggung jawab jabatan.

KUALIFIKASI :

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK.
Memiliki pengalaman di bidang administrasi, sales, retail, atau warehouse menjadi nilai tambah.
Menguasai Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, khususnya Excel/Google Sheets.
Teliti, rapi, terorganisir, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik.
Mampu melakukan input, rekap, dan pengolahan data secara akurat.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.
Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim.
Bertanggung jawab, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja dengan target/deadline.
Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di industri fashion/retail.
