Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan Min. SMA/K Sederajat
- Pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai Admin Sales
- Terbiasa dengan target administrasi dan dibawah tekanan
- Terbiasa bekerja tim maupun individu
- Integritas, loyalitas, mudah adaptasi, dan keinginan selalu ingin belajar
- Bersedia bekerja 6 hari
- Terbiasa dengan Ms. Excel dan Sistem
Deksripsi Pekerjaan:
- Proses pesanan online melalui Markerplace
- Proses pesanan offline melalui Whatsapp dan DM Instagram
- Pembuatan Sales Order
- Pembuatan invoice penjualan
- Input tagihan invoice dari ekspedisi yang bekerjasama
- Cek pengiriman barang dari warehouse
- Cek ongkir manual
- Input stok penjualan
- Cek barang untuk pameran
- Filling dokumen
- Update komplain dari customer
