Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di bidang Teknik Sipil (jurusan lain yang relevan dipertimbangkan)
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang administrasi proyek, diutamakan yang pernah bekerja di proyek konstruksi
Mampu mengelola dan mengarsipkan dokumen proyek seperti RFI (Request for Information), SI (Site Instruction), Material Approval, Shop Drawing, dll
Mengarsipkan dokumen dan membantu tugas-tugas administratif lainnya
Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, dan PowerPoint)
Memiliki kendaraan pribadi
Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim
Cekatan, inisiatif, jujur, dan teliti
