Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan administrasi proyek secara keseluruhan, termasuk pemantauan dokumen proyek, koordinasi dengan tim internal dan eksternal, serta penyediaan laporan berkala.
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim, menjaga ketepatan waktu, serta memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk berinteraksi dengan berbagai pihak terkait.
Memiliki kemampuan organisasi yang baik untuk mengatur berbagai tugas dan prioritas.

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan (nilai plus dari jurusan manajemen, akuntansi, teknik)
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang administrasi
Diutamakan berdomisili klaten
Mahir MS Office (excel, word, ppt) dan spreadsheet
Detail, cekatan, teliti
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan kolaborasi tim yang excellent
Memiliki inisiatif yang tinggi dan self learned
Bersedia lembur terutama ketika peak season
Siap perjalanan dinas luar kota jika dibutuhkan
