The ideal candidate will be responsible to coordinate the project activities of our company including small simpler activities as well as larger plans. Responsibilities
· Creating and updating workflows, measuring and reporting on the project performance
· Retrieving necessary information such as related case studies and client/user requirements
· Manages schedules, arrange assignments, prepares action plans, analyses risks/opportunities, gathers necessary resources and communicates progress to team members.
· Monitoring progress on the project and addressing potential issues
· Preparing and providing documentation to key stakeholders and internal team
· Ensure the projects are completed within the restraints of time, quality, and budget
· At least a Bachelor’s Degree (preferrable in engineering)
· Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
· Have experiences in project management is a plus
· Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details
· Ability to organise, plan and manage time effectively within a fast-paced environment
· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work in a team project environment
