Job description for Admin Project officer at PT. Berdikari Meubel Nusantara
- Manage and standardize project documents, including quotations, proposals, letters, and reports for tender and administrative needs.
- Ensure projects run according to SOPs, propose updates, and draft new SOPs when necessary.
- Prepare regular project progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly, or specific periods) to monitor project progress.
- Analyze and coordinate information related to project administration with the project team.
- Communicate and coordinate urgent or critical information to relevant stakeholders to prevent potential delays in project execution.
- Monitor project cash flow to align with budgets, contracts, and financial plans.
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in using Ms. Office, SketchUp, Accurate and AutoCAD.
- Preferably domiciled in East Java.
