Job description for ADMIN PROJECT - Bali at PT Sopo Cipta Inspiras
In charge of assisting the Project Implementation Manager with some administrative task related to the Project Military in Bali : i.e. tailor-made offers, filing of offers, Follow up of order to supplier/vendors, delivery follow up, preparation of report to customer (Hospital) and Superior.
- Female, max. 28 years old and good appearance
- Min. D3 secretarial willing to go in the field
- Proficient with computer min. Ms. Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), fast and accurate typing is a MUST
- English would be a plus, familiar with business correspondence, good filing skills,
- Able to work in detail, well organized (psycho test will be performed)
- Motivated to grow and learn, Career path: orientation to sales and marketing
