Job description for Admin Production (Garment Manufacture) at PT. Jiale Indonesia Textile
Job Descriptions :
- Processing order from Buyers using SAP System including Raw Material Procurement, Sewing Line Production (Garment) and Stock Inventory.
- Calculate BOM (Bill of Material) for each garment articles which going to the production process.
- Co-operate with the related departmens e.g Procurement, Production and also Finance to operate SAP functions for every task related to each departments.
- Analyze simple SAP export (e.g Stock Reports, PO Status) using Microsoft Excel.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree from any major.
- Experienced as internship in Garment Production / Manufacturing Industry, also open for fresh graduate.
- Have experience in using ERP System, Ms. Office (Excel Formula ; Vlookup / Pivot Table) and able to communicate in English very well.
- Excellent communication skill, and have pleasant personality.
- Willing to learn about Garment Production process.
- Willing to work in Jepara (Central Java), and ready to work overtime when it is needed.
