Job description for Admin Procurement at Kilap Global Group
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:
- Mengelola dokumen pengadaan (PR, PO, invoice).
- Mencari, menganalisis, dan berkomunikasi dengan vendor.
- Memproses pemesanan barang/jasa sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
- Memantau status pengiriman dan memastikan kesesuaian spesifikasi.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait pengadaan dan pembayaran.
- Menyusun laporan pengadaan dan evaluasi vendor.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
- Pengalaman sebagai Admin Procurement/Purchasing minimal 1 tahun (lebih disukai).
- Memahami proses pengadaan dan administrasi dokumen terkait.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) dan sistem ERP (lebih diutamakan).
- Teliti, memiliki keterampilan negosiasi, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
- Komunikatif dan mampu berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pihak.
- Mampu bekerja di lingkungan yang dinamis dan cepat berubah.
