Job description for Admin Procurement (Mandarin) at PT Inline Technology International

Your Roles
Your role as Supply Chain Admin will fall under the Import division of Supply Chain. They work with companies of all sizes to manage a network of companies and people who are involved in the production and delivery of a product or service. Your role is to assist the department and be responsible to handle the purchase app, Kingdee, and communicate with external vendors

Your Responsibility
- Check purchase requests on Kingdee system
- Communicate with the vendor international for the process order of the purchase
- Process the payment to the finance team for the purchase K50ingdee system and report to the supply chain manager
- Make purchase order at Kingdee system after Procurement approval receive
- Send the purchase order to vendor international at Kingdee system with confirmation from the supply chain manager
- Request an invoice from vendor international once sending PO
- Make an internal memo of an invoice to prepare payment to vendor international and report to the supply chain manager
- Monitor internal memos on processing the payment at the finance
- Send the TT payment to the vendor international
- Report to the supply chain manager if payment has already been finished on the Finance Department
- Monitoring of the shipment of all items that already buying and info to the import team

Requirement:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in any major, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (oral and written)
- Mandarin: proven with Min. HSK 4-5 Certification
- Computer literate, able to use Ms. Office Productivity Suite.
- Able to work independently, and adapt a well-organized, logical approach to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work under pressure, individually or as a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge of technology, social media, WeChat, WhatsApp etc is essential.
- Work Placement: Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara.
- Able to join us immediately
