Job description for Admin POD Logistik at PT Mobilitas Digital Indonesia

Job Descriptions:

1. Melakukan fungsi kontrol penagihan atas surat jalan yang masuk ke HO.

2. Mengawasi proses pelaksanaan pemberian uang jalan.

3. Monitoring pemberian uang jalan.

4. Melakukan rekap dokumen operasional.

5. Membuat Laporan Operasional Harian, Mingguan, dan Bulanan.

6. Membuat rencana anggaran bulanan berdasarkan rencana bulanan operasional.

Requirements:

1. Lulusan D3 dari semua jurusan. Terbuka juga untuk lulusan D1–D4 & S1, tetapi lowongan diprioritaskan untuk lulusan D3.

2. Minimal pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang terkait & di industri yang linear (logistik/transportasi).

3. Terampil dalam mengelola administrasi, khususnya di lapangan.

4. Memahami prosedur logistik, serta monitoring dan reporting operasional di lapangan.

5. Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, mampu bekerja sama dengan tim, dan manajemen waktu yang baik.

6. Mempunyai kapabilitas untuk mencari solusi jika terdapat kendala, serta menjunjung nilai etika dan kejujuran.
