Requirements:
- Female, Minimum D3/S1 graduate
- At least 1 year of experience in platform administration, e-commerce operations (preferably in the Food Merchant)
- Familiar with managing online food merchant platforms such as ShopeeFood, GoFood, or GrabFood, Shopee seller, Tiktok Shop
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Job Description:
- Manage and maintain company platforms (Shopee, GoFood, GrabFood, Shopee seller, Tiktok Shop) across all outlets and , including uploading product listings, updating prices, promotions, and descriptions.
- Monitor and ensure data accuracy between platform listings and internal systems, especially real-time stock availability and item consistency.
- Perform regular audits on menus and product displays to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with current campaigns or promotions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, marketing) to update product availability, pricing changes, and promotional activities.
- Handle platform performance tracking, including identifying discrepancies, resolving listing issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day platform operations.
