Looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and able to support administrative coordination, scheduling, and daily operational flow.

ADMIN + PERSONAL ASSISTANT

1. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and reminders
  • Support administrative and operational coordination
  • Handle documents, filing, and data neatly
  • Assist with communications and follow-ups
  • Help keep day-to-day workflow organized
  • Support content coordination when needed

2. Qualifications

  • Be organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Be proactive and able to take initiative
  • Be trustworthy and discreet
  • Be comfortable with admin and coordination tasks
  • Speak and write English and Indonesian well

3. Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience in admin or PA work
  • Are familiar with Instagram and basic content support
  • Are comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Are based in Bali or nearby
  • Bachelor degree
