ADMIN + PERSONAL ASSISTANT
1. Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, and reminders
- Support administrative and operational coordination
- Handle documents, filing, and data neatly
- Assist with communications and follow-ups
- Help keep day-to-day workflow organized
- Support content coordination when needed
2. Qualifications
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Be proactive and able to take initiative
- Be trustworthy and discreet
- Be comfortable with admin and coordination tasks
- Speak and write English and Indonesian well
3. Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience in admin or PA work
- Are familiar with Instagram and basic content support
- Are comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Are based in Bali or nearby
- Bachelor degree
