Role Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin to support daily operations, ensuring smooth backend processes and helping the team stay organized.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory updates across platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Jubelio)
• Support order processing and logistics coordination
• Assist with data entry and reporting
• Coordinate with suppliers and courier services
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and admin follow-ups.
Requirements:
• Organized, reliable, and quick to adapt
• Comfortable using Google Sheets and e-commerce tools
• Basic knowledge of inventory and logistics preferred
• Interest in beauty or lifestyle products is a plus
