Job description for Admin Order Process at PT. Indo Utama Services

1. Merancang Forecast pengadaan jabatan disesuaikan dengan program kerja setiap bulannya

2. Menerima OA (Scope of Work, Schedule, Dokumen, Pembayaran)

3. Menyusun master plan GD dari dokumen OA dan PO

4. Menyiapkan dokumen pengiriman (QC Pass, Packing List, Manual Book, Certificate)

5. Menyiapkan dokumen pengiriman (QC Pass, Packing List, Manual Book, Certificate)

6. Melakukan approval dan penyusunan akhir dan approval Purchase Request (PR) & DAM

7. Menerima invoice dan memasukkannya ke program OA

8. Menyerahkan BAST ke Finance untuk invoice dan closing program OA

9. Menerima laporan masalah dan mengumpulkan data awal keluhan

10. Melakukan UIL MTS

11. Membuat quotation warranty (biaya service, pengecekan, spare part, perbaikan)

12. Menyelesaikan administrasi dan mengirimkan laporan warranty ke customer
