Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Receive and execute orders
- Set selling prices and adjust product services according to instructions
- Identify issues based on customer complaints received through Customer Care
- Handle after-sales processes (invoice creation and resolving transaction issues)
- Perform stock update reconciliation at the end of each shift
Persyaratan Pekerjaan
- Good understanding of mobile application games
- Willing to work in a 24-hour shift system, including national holidays
- Willing to work Work From Office (WFO) at least three times per week
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools
- Strong communication skills, especially in handling customer complaints
- Detail-oriented
