Job Desc:
• Booking and processing client orders
• Generating Invoices
• Issuing of Invoices
• Action Internal and external enquiries – email and phone
• Managing a shared administration inbox and allocating jobs proficiently to the team
• Preparing and generating quotations
• System maintained and updated regularly (i.e. follows up on hold jobs)
• Assist Team Leader with any other relevant administration duties required
Skills and Experience
• Netsuite experience is highly desirable however not essential.
• Candidate must be proficient in English - written and spoken
• Previous administration experience of min 1 year
• Must have strong organisational skills
• Strong team leadership skills
• Has a strong sense of urgency
• Is proactive and thinks outside of the box
• Strong ability at multi-tasking and managing conflicting priorities
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
