As an Operational Support, you will support daily eCommerce website operations by updating product and promotional content, checking data accuracy, maintaining operational records, and coordinating with relevant internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Update product, price, stock, promotion, image, and other website content.
- Check website information and displays to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
- Support website campaign and promotion setup.
- Maintain operational trackers, files, and simple reports.
- Coordinate with relevant teams and follow up on website-related issues.
- Support other daily e-commerce administrative activities.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma degree; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate.
- Good time-management and communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
- Interest or experience in e-commerce is an advantage.
