Job description for Admin Operasional at BERANI Laundry Support System

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Melakukan monitoring operasional seluruh outlet laundry secara harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
  • Memastikan data transaksi, produksi, pendapatan, dan KPI outlet tercatat dengan akurat.
  • Mengidentifikasi kendala operasional serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan data.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan PIC outlet terkait pencapaian target operasional dan penyelesaian masalah di lapangan.
  • Menyusun dan menganalisis laporan performa outlet, termasuk omzet, jumlah order, produktivitas karyawan, dan tingkat penyelesaian layanan.
  • Mengembangkan, mengelola, dan melakukan improvement pada dashboard operasional untuk memudahkan monitoring kinerja outlet secara real-time.
  • Menginisiasi proses otomatisasi pelaporan menggunakan spreadsheet, database, atau tools business intelligence seperti Google Looker Studio, Power BI, atau Tableau.
  • Membuat sistem monitoring berbasis data untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen.
  • Memastikan integritas dan validitas data yang digunakan dalam laporan dan dashboard.
  • Memberikan insight dan rekomendasi berbasis data untuk peningkatan performa outlet dan profitabilitas bisnis.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimal D3/S1 dari semua jurusan, diutamakan Statistik, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Industri, Akuntansi, atau Manajemen.
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang administrasi operasional, business analyst, atau data analyst menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel atau Google Sheets (Pivot Table, Lookup, Query, Dashboard).
  • Memiliki pengalaman membuat dashboard otomatis menggunakan Google Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, atau tools sejenis.
  • Memahami konsep KPI, reporting, dan analisis data operasional.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analitis yang baik dan berorientasi pada perbaikan proses.
  • Teliti, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja dengan banyak data.
