Responsibilities:
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities and support marketing strategies
- Process orders, handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Coordinate with marketing online teams to execute promotional activities and track results
- Update and editing : product descriptions, images, and content; ensure site compliance with legal regulations and company policies
- Ensure secure handling of customer data and transaction processes
- Plan and coordinate live host schedules to ensure smooth and timely live streaming operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e‑commerce operations or online retail administration.
- Strong knowledge of e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada) is a must.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
