- Pengalaman bidang pest control diutamakan
- Keahlian khusus Administrasi perkantoran, Manajemen stock ,dan Digital Marketing.
- Domisili Semarang (Jawa Tengah)
Jobdesk :
1. Bertanggung jawab terhadap schedule team service (Teknisi).
2. Melakukan konfirmasi schedule yang telah dibuat kepada client.
3. Bertanggung jawab untuk menyiapkan kebutuhan dokumen administasi untuk team service (Teknisi) dan memproses dokumen administratif team service (Teknisi)
4. Melakukan kontrol team service (Teknisi) & memastikan service berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai jadwal.
5. Bertanggung jawab dalam membuat laporan pertanggungjawaban pekerjaan team service (Teknisi) untuk pihak eksternal (client)
6. Membuat laporan & Menyiapkan kebutuhan administrasi service secara periodik (Mingguan & Bulanan)
7. Membuat invoice, faktur pajak bulanan
8. Memposting konten instagram dan google bisnis
