Job Descriptions
- Input and process orders from social media, e-commerce, and website.
- Respond to customer inquiries from social media, email, e-commerce, and website.
- Manage and update product stock information on e-commerce.
- Handle customer complaints and provide information regarding lens stock availability.
- Ensuring that all packaging is done as per the company’s standard.
- Maintain e-commerce account performance.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SMA/K, preferably a Bachelor's Degree.
- Able to prioritize work and to work well independently and as a team.
- Proficient in Ms Office.
- Willing to work on a shift based schedule & placed in Renon, Bali.
