Job description for Admin Online Finance (project-based) at PT Miranda Moda Indonesia

Job Description:

1. Process online sales transactions submitted by Sales Advisor in a timely manner according to the applicable SLA.

2. Reconcile sales reports from the Odoo system with bank statements for online, offline, and cash sales transactions.

3. Record sales receipts in Accurate Online.

4. Prepare daily cash sales monitoring reports.

5. Monitor and prepare cash deposit reports from OM and PPT stores to ensure payments are made on time.

Requirements:

1. Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent.

2. Able to perform basic sales transaction processes accurately.

3. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately record sales transactions and perform bank reconciliations.

4. Previous experience as a Finance Administrator or Cashier involved in sales transactions is preferred.

5. Willing to work fully on-site in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
