Job description for Admin Marketplace at Benson
Responsibilities:
1. E-Commerce / Marketplace
- Manage and optimize online store accounts (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Upload and update product listings (descriptions, pricing, stock, photos).
- Handle daily order processing accurately and promptly.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries, chats, and reviews.
- Generate monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate and execute promotions, campaigns, and discount programs.
2. Live Streaming (Live Talent)
- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop and/or Shopee Live.
- Promote products in an engaging and interactive manner.
- Build positive engagement with viewers and answer questions during live sessions.
- Maintain a presentable appearance and speak clearly and confidently on camera.
- Plan and execute regular live sessions based on trending content and product focus.
