Job description for Admin Marketplace at Sistergreens
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Office Admin & Marketplace Ops Specialist to manage manage corporate sales orders, maintain accurate data management and handle our online marketplaces (GrabFood & GoFood). This role is crucial for ensuring accuracy across our system and marketplace listings. You will be working closely to the Management team. We need someone who has an experience in F&B, bisa multitask, proaktif dan mandiri.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Process and manage incoming sales orders from WA & IG.
- Record & issue sales invoices, perform stock inventory & reconciliation through Google Sheets & ESB.
- Manage and maintain product listings (photos, pricing, promotions) across GrabMerchant, GoBiz, and ESB Back Office.
- Create simple designs on Canva for urgent content needs and push sales.
- Coordinate monthly Stock Opname (SO) with the Ops team and assist with stock reconciliation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. SMK/D3 in a related field (diutamakan Admin Perkantoran / Akuntansi / Management).
- Min. 1-2 years of experience using online marketplaces (e.g: GrabMerchant / GoBiz / Shopee Merchant / TikTokShop)
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Docs.
- Experience using CRM software (such as ESB Dashboard / Odoo) preferred.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Reliable, detailed, organized, and disciplined.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English (average level minimum).
- Familiar with Canva for urgent content needs. Updated with content trends.
- Basic understanding of marketplace algorithms and listing optimization.
- Experience using F&B Business is a plus.
