WFO Senin-Sabtu

Job Descriptions:

Menangani chat pelanggan dari berbagai platform seperti WhatsApp, Instagram, Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok, dan email.
Memproses pesanan harian mulai dari input order, cek mutasi, cetak invoice dan label, hingga update resi ke customer.
Menindaklanjuti komplain pelanggan ke tim gudang dan memastikan barang kembali ke customer dengan baik.
Membuat daily report penjualan dari marketplace.
Bertanggung jawab memastikan rating toko tetap bagus, dan chat terbalas 100%.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, diutamakan pengalaman di bidang serupa
Mampu menggunakan Google Sheets / Excel dasar
Terbiasa dengan komunikasi digital dan platform marketplace
Inisiatif, Teliti, cekatan, dan bisa bekerja secara multitasking
