Minggu 09.00 - 15.00 (WFH)
Libur 2x dalam sebulan (weekday)

Job Descriptions
Menghandle marketplace dengan sigap & teliti.
Menanggapi customer via chat (WhatsApp, Tokopedia, Shopee dll) dengan ramah & proaktif.
Menjawab pertanyaan customer dengan fast response via chat.
Menangani operasional online store seperti membalas chat dan komplain pembeli, upload produk, dan memproses orderan masuk .
Mengatur semua fitur-fitur yang ada di marketplace e-commerce, seperti voucher, flash sale, Iklan, dan fitur lainnya.
Job Requirements :
Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK
Siap bekerja di bawah tekanan
Memiliki Pengalaman di posisi Admin Marketplace min. 1-2 tahun
Jujur, teliti, rajin & mampu bekerja dalam team
Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik & mempunyai keinginan belajar hal baru
Paham tentang game Playstation menjadi nilai tambah
