Job description for Admin Marketing at PT ASIETEX

Kualifikasi

- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK

- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (Word, Excel, admin marketplace)

- Komunikatif dan ramah

- Teliti, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab

- Berpenampilan rapi

- Berpengalaman di bidang retail/marketing (nilai tambah)

Tugas:

- Mengelola data pelanggan dan database penjualan

- Membuat laporan penjualan harian/mingguan/bulanan

- Menginput dan memproses pesanan (offline & online)

- Membantu pembuatan materi promosi sederhana (caption, katalog, dll)

- Mengelola marketplace / media sosial (chat pelanggan, update produk)

- Follow up pelanggan (repeat order, penawaran promo)

- Koordinasi dengan tim sales/produksi terkait pesanan

- Melayani pelanggan yang datang ke toko

- Menjelaskan produk dan membantu proses penjualan

- Mengelola transaksi (kasir, pembayaran, nota)

- Menata display produk agar menarik dan rapi

- Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan toko

- Mengecek dan mencatat stok barang

- Melaporkan stok masuk & keluar
