Professional Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree (GPA minimum 3.00)
Good command in English & Mandarin in conversation, reading and writing
Prefer have 1 years experience in similar role
Good communication, organization and time management skills
Responsible, self-discipline, able to work under pressure, attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of Customer Service concept and best practice
Familiar with Microsoft Office application
Willing to travel for work when required
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure all company administrative processes are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in an organized manner.
Perform data entry, processing, and filing of documents with a high level of accuracy.
Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding administrative and operational matters.
Provide administrative and operational support to sales team.
Handle company correspondence, emails, and official documents.
Monitor and ensure timely delivery of goods and process customer requirements efficiently.
Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
