About the Role
As a Admin Logistik at PT. Alex Villas Furniture plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth material supply chain for our furniture manufacturing, interior design, and architecture projects. This position is fully responsible for tracking incoming and outgoing material, managing inventory control, and closely coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure materials are available on time, in the right quantity, and according to specifications.
Core Responsibilities
- Managing and distributing materials to field workers strictly based on actual on-site needs.
- Placing orders (PO) for materials on a regular basis.
- Recording the daily movement of materials for every material leaving the warehouse.
- Conducting physical counts of remaining materials in the warehouse (stock opname) to ensure data accuracy.
- Collecting and accumulating payment invoices.
Supporting Responsibilities
- Maintaining good and intensive communication with suppliers regarding materials availability and deliveries.
- Conducting cross-divisional coordination by documenting material specifications and validating the total volume of materials.
- Coordinating with relevant teams to ensure the accuracy of daily distribution to field workers.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of Senior High School (SMA/SMK) / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (preferably majoring in Logistics, Administration, or relevant fields). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience as a Logistics Admin in the furniture, manufacturing, or contracting industry. (Point Plus)
- Proficient in operating MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with a firm yet persuasive approach.
- Disciplined, responsible, highly honest and possessing a strong work ethic.
- Capable of working effectively within a team.
