Job description for Admin Invoice at PT. Dutagaruda Piranti Prima

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 (diutamakan dari Akuntansi / Manajemen / Administrasi)
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang administrasi, billing, atau invoice (nilai tambah)
  • Teliti, detail, dan mampu bekerja dengan angka & dokumen
  • Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel)
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan tenggat waktu

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Mengelola proses pengiriman invoice ke pelanggan (via email/ fisik)
  • Memastikan invoice dikirim tepat waktu, maksimal 5 hari sejak Invoice diterbitkan
  • Melakukan pengecekan kelengkapan dan keakuratan dokumen saat pengiriman invoice ke Customer (Invoice, Faktur Pajak, Surat Jalan)
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait (Finance, Sales, Logistics) untuk memastikan kelancaran proses penagihan
  • Mengarsipkan dokumen invoice dan bukti pengiriman secara rapi (softcopy & hardcopy)
  • Follow up invoice yang belum terkirim atau bermasalah
  • Menangani komunikasi dengan customer terkait pengiriman invoice
