Sebagai Admin Invoice, Anda akan bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan dokumen invoicing, pemrosesan data pelanggan, dan koordinasi dengan tim penjualan serta keuangan. Tugas utama termasuk memastikan akurasi data, mengelola file digital dan fisik, serta membantu dalam penyusunan laporan administratif. Selain itu, Anda juga akan menjadi titik kontak pertama bagi pelanggan dalam hal informasi dan permintaan terkait faktur. Kemampuan untuk bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim, serta kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik, sangat penting dalam posisi ini.

Kami mencari kandidat perempuan yang memiliki pendidikan SMA/SMK dan pengalaman antara 1 hingga 3 tahun di bidang administrasi atau layanan pelanggan. Kandidat harus mahir dalam penginputan data, pelayanan pelanggan, serta menguasai software seperti Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, dan Google Sheets. Kemampuan organisasi dan administrasi yang baik adalah syarat wajib.
