Job Description:
- Assist in the assessment preparation process
- Manage and process assessment data using Microsoft Excel
- Assist in the creation and archiving of assessment documents
- Ensure data accuracy and validity before, during, and after the assessment process.
- Prepare assessment reports in a well-structured and easy-to-understand format.
Requirements:
- SMK graduate with strong administrative and data management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic statistical formulas, and simple data visualization).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with large datasets.
- Able to work in a team, highly motivated, and has a strong work ethic.
- Having an interest in the capital market or digital marketing or information technology is an added value

Setelah mengikuti program sertifikasi CSA, ternyata banyak lulusan dari CSA yang menempati posisi penting baik sebagai posisi Analis maupun posisi lain di Perusahaannya.
