- Receive and process all customer booking requests via phone, email, messaging, and other online platforms.
- Schedule appointments efficiently, optimizing spa workload.
- Confirm appointments with customers and send reminder notifications.
- Manage the booking system, updating customer information and appointment schedules accurately.
- Answer customer inquiries about services, schedules, and related information.
- Handle booking-related issues such as rescheduling and cancellations.
- Report daily, weekly, and monthly booking status.
- Coordinate with other spa departments to ensure the best customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Female, with a presentable appearance.
- Excellent communication skills, pleasant voice.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in office computer skills and booking management software.
- Ability to handle situations flexibly and quickly.
- Careful, meticulous, and highly responsible.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Knowledge of the spa industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
