EAT PIZZA is the original and biggest 25cm premium pizza chain from South Korea. With more than 100 outlets globally, we are now recruiting in Jakarta, Indonesia.
We are looking for an Administrative Intern to provide support to our team. You will be required to assist in the daily administrative requirements of our team. As we broaden our reach and continue to grow our presence in Indonesia, your involvement will help our team navigate this next chapter.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Updating and maintaining databases, ppts, spreadsheets. Entering data accurately and efficiently.
Communication: Handling correspondence, preparing reports, and managing information flow. Providing information and answering inquiries and collaborating with team members to support projects.
Project Support: Assisting with special projects and initiatives as directed by your manager.
Confidentiality: Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Administrative Tasks: Completing a wide range of administrative tasks such as purchasing, comparing stocks etc to ensure smooth operations.
Reporting: Conducting research and preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Any other related tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
Students and Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work independently, hardworking and respects confidentiality .
Able to communicate in English or Mandarin.
