Responsibilities:
- Track shipments and update internal systems with shipment status and arrival times
- Resolve any issues related to shipments or logistics
- Maintain accurate records of imports, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documentation
- Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize import processes and reduce costs
- Oversee goods distribution to all branches
- Stay updated on changes to import regulations and ensure company compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in import operations or logistics management
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with suppliers and internal teams
- Proficiency in Ms Office and SAP or ERP system
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
