Job description for Admin Import Staff at Indofresh

Responsibilities:

  • Track shipments and update internal systems with shipment status and arrival times
  • Resolve any issues related to shipments or logistics
  • Maintain accurate records of imports, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documentation
  • Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize import processes and reduce costs
  • Oversee goods distribution to all branches
  • Stay updated on changes to import regulations and ensure company compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in import operations or logistics management
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import procedures
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with suppliers and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Ms Office and SAP or ERP system
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
