Since its establishment on June 28, 1974, the company has succesfully increased its performance. From housing project to high rise building and mall such as WTC Mangga Dua Trade Centre with 235,000 sqm, huge projects like "Office, Plant, Warehouse and External Works" of Jakarta Greenfield for PT HM Sampoerna Tbk with 580,000 sqm total area, Schlumberger Jakarta Integration Base - Main Building Works with 93,000 sqm total land area and Office Development at SCBD Lot 10, Jakarta with 6 levels basement and 40 stories tower; as well as a factory project as small as 40 tons of steel to the huge industrial plant project as huge as 10,000 tons or more.

In 1997, despite the prolonged monetary crisis, Murinda increased its production capacity to 20,000 tons and earned a revenue of 900 billion Rupiahs per year. Not only does our success as a contractor depends on our skill and the delivering of quality, but also on our shared commitment to our business partner.

Our strategy is focusing on delivery value with competitive cost operation in order to maintain our positions in quality of projects and long term economic value. We also seek efficiency improvements. For over 40 years in construction service area in Indonesia, Murinda has worked with many foreign contractors, and has received a lot of transfer management.
