  • Paham dan mampu mengoperasikan sistem HRIS
  • Menangani proses payroll
  • Memonitor absensi seluruh karyawan cabang
  • Melakukan administrasi kontrol terhadap kedispilinan karyawan dan kelengkapan data karyawan
  • Mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan SDM

Job Requirements

  • Pendidikan minimal SMK
  • Mengetahui aturan ketenagakerjaan umum
  • Pengalaman dibidang HRD Payroll minimal 1 tahun
  • Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun kelompok
  • Menguasai Ms.Excel (Vlookup,Hlookup dan Pivot)
  • Teliti,rajin,ulet,disiplin & mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
  • Mampu menghandle 300 karyawan atau lebih
  • Bersedia lembur
  • Diutamakan domisili Jakarta Barat
