Job description for admin handover at Leno Furniture

1.Melakukan proses serah terima (handover) data, dokumen, dan informasi antar departemen atau antar shift kerja.

2.Memastikan seluruh dokumen handover lengkap, akurat, dan terdokumentasi dengan baik.

3.Menginput, mengupdate, dan mengarsipkan data operasional perusahaan.

4.Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan terkait proses handover.

5.Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal untuk memastikan kelancaran proses kerja dan tindak lanjut pekerjaan yang belum selesai.

6.Memantau status pekerjaan yang sedang berjalan dan memastikan informasi tersampaikan kepada pihak terkait.

7.Melakukan pengecekan data untuk meminimalkan kesalahan administrasi.

8.Menyimpan dan menjaga kerahasiaan dokumen perusahaan.

9.Membantu kebutuhan administrasi operasional lainnya sesuai arahan atasan.
