Job description for Admin Gudang at Pt Bhakti Idola Tama

Job Desc :
1. Memastikan jumlah fisik barang yang ada di rak atau palet sama persis dengan data yang tercatat di sistem

2. Membuat Surat Jalan, Delivery Order (DO), Goods Receipt (GR), dan invoice (faktur) untuk keperluan pengiriman ke toko, distributor, atau pelanggan

3. Mencatat dan memproses barang yang rusak, cacat produksi, atau klaim garansi dari konsumen

4. Pengelolaan data barang (stok) di gudang / display

Kualifikasi:
1. Pendidikan min. SMA/K Sederajat

2. Perempuan

3. Usia maksimal 25 tahun

4. Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Excel & Word dengan baik

5. Teliti, detail, rapi, pro-aktif, dan komunikatif

6. Bersedia penempatan di Bekasi Selatan (akan training dulu di Jakarta Barat selama 3 Bulan)
