Kualifikasi :

1. Max usia 30 th

2. Pendidikan minimal D3 Akuntansi/ Manajemen Keuangan

3. Berpengalaman min 1 th pada finance AR/AP (fresh graduate boleh melamar)

4. Memahami prinsip akuntansi dasar, terutama Prinsip AR/AP

5. Memiliki keterampilan entri data yang akurat dan peka terhadap detail

6. Menguasai perangkat lunak komputer tingkat menengah, seperti Ms. Excel

7. Terbiasa multitasking, teliti, antusias, dan mampu bekerja secara tim

8. Bisa menggunakan tools skills docs, slide, spreedshet

9. Domisili Yogyakarta dan bersedia bergabung secepatnya

Job Deskripsi:

1. Mencatat transaksi penjualan

2. Mencatat semua data piutang berdasarkan seluruh faktur yang tercetak

3. Menerbitkan dan mengirim invoice

4. Menyiapkan daftar tagihan serta kelengkapannya untuk ditagihkan sesuai dengan tanggal cetak

5. Membuat laporan piutang mingguan dan bulanan

6. Melakukan pengarsipan dokumen penagihan dengan rapih
