About Us
GingerBali is a fashion retail & garment manufacturing company with a store network across Bali. We also oversee a property business unit. We are looking for a detail-oriented and diligent Finance Admin to manage bookkeeping across two business lines: property and fashion.
Requirements
Minimum graduate of Vocational High School (SMK), Accounting major, or equivalent
Understanding of basic financial accounting principles
Able to record and reconcile petty cash accurately and neatly
Able to prepare journal entries and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
Able to input and manage Balance Sheet data
Diligent, detail-oriented, and disciplined when working with numbers and deadlines
English proficiency is a plus
Familiar with or willing to learn accounting software (Accurate Online, Excel, etc.)
Able to multitask managing bookkeeping for more than one business entity (property & fashion)
Responsibilities
Record and control daily petty cash flow
Prepare daily/monthly journal entries based on company transactions
Prepare periodic Profit & Loss (P&L) reports
Input and ensure accuracy of Balance Sheet data
Maintain neat and organized financial documentation
Coordinate with finance & operations teams to ensure smooth bookkeeping across both business units (property and fashion)
