Job description for Admin Finance at PT.FRESH ON TIME SEAFOOD
Kami mencari kandidat Finance Staff, diutamakan lulusan SMA/D3/S1 Ekonomi/Keuangan, memiliki kemampuan jurnal umum dan bersedia mengikuti setiap proses rekrutmen secara offline di Perusahaan Cileungsi, Bogor.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
-Having experienced minimum 1 year as Finance Staff from Retail/FMCG company.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
-Strong knowledge of financial procedures, reporting, and reconciliation
-Available to join immediately / ASAP
-Wiling to placement at Cileungsi, Jawa Barat
Responsibilities:
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records of daily transactions
-Process payments, invoices, and ensure timely recording of AR/AP
-Perform monthly bank reconciliation
-Update and manage internal accounting systems
-Review and implement internal control procedures
-Conduct routine stock opname and reconcile inventory data with finance records
