Job Description

Verify petty cash usage.
Manage and prepare petty cash reports.
Handle administrative tasks related to purchases, sales, and reconditioning (verification, data entry, and filing).
Perform bank reconciliations and other required data reconciliations.
Organize and maintain document archives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Fresh graduates with internship experience are preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience using ERP systems, preferably Oracle Netsuite.
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and honest.
Willing to work on a shift schedule

This automotive auction continues to grow with locations spread across several cities in Indonesia and the number of cars and motorcycles being auctioned continues to increase. With increasingly rapid growth in 2019, AUTOPEDIA acquired 51 percent of JBA's shares, making it one of the major players in Indonesia's vehicle auction business. Aside from JBA, AUTOPEDIA launched a car buying and selling website called CAROLINE (www.caroline.id) in 2019. End users can buy and sell vehicles more easily and safely through this website. All traded vehicles will be subjected to a thorough inspection, transparent pricing, and insurance protection.

In the same year, AUTOPEDIA launched CARTALOG (www.cartalog.id). CARTALOG provides vehicle pricing information gathered from a network of car dealers, auctions, end users, insurance, and leasing companies. To perform an accurate price range analysis, the data is processed using AI.
