Job description for Admin Finance, Accounting & Tax (Intern Unpaid) at Menjadi Pengaruh

Membantu proses administrasi keuangan, akuntansi, dan perpajakan perusahaan maupun klien.

Melakukan penginputan data transaksi keuangan ke dalam sistem atau spreadsheet perusahaan.

Membantu pengarsipan dokumen keuangan seperti invoice, bukti pembayaran, faktur, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya.

Membantu proses rekonsiliasi data transaksi dan kelengkapan dokumen keuangan.

Membantu penyusunan laporan administrasi keuangan secara berkala.

Membantu pengecekan kelengkapan dokumen perpajakan dan administrasi pajak.

Membantu penyusunan data pendukung pelaporan pajak sesuai arahan tim.

Melakukan monitoring dan pembaruan data administrasi klien terkait kebutuhan accounting dan tax.

Membantu proses penagihan administrasi dan pengelolaan dokumen pembayaran.

Menjaga kerahasiaan data keuangan, akuntansi, dan perpajakan perusahaan maupun klien.
