Tanggung Jawab:

- Kebutuhan Adminitrasi Kitchen.

- ⁠Pembuatan PR/PO pembelian atau pengadaan F&B Department.

- ⁠Cost Control dan kitchen inventory.

- ⁠Support Operasional Dapur.

- ⁠Membuat Laporan (Weekly, Monthly) untuk FBM dan Executive Chef.

Kualifikasi:

- Pria/Wanita maksimal 27 tahun.

- Memiliki pengalaman di dalam bidang F&B, Restoran, Hotel.

- Memahami segala pengerjaan dan proses administrasi.
