PT Hydromart Utama Indonesia (HUI) is a company operating in the water treatment sector, focusing on providing equipment and services for the industrial market in Indonesia. Established in 2014, HUI has been trusted by clients across various sectors, including power generation, oil & gas, F&B, pharmaceuticals, palm oil plantations, pulp & paper, and automotive.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project documents, including Quotations, POs, Drawings, BOQs, Handover Reports, and Service Reports
- Archive and maintain version control of technical documents
- Prepare documents for Engineers, Project Managers, and customer meetings
- Experienced in handling projects and managing technical project operations
- Monitor project status and compile periodic progress reports
- Coordinate schedules, assignment letters, and travel documents for Engineers and Technicians
- Ensure document readiness before and completeness after site visits
- Handle procurement, material administration, and data reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Possess an active Driver's License (SIM A & SIM C)
- Willing to be placed at manufacturing or project sites as required
